intervention strategies, and client developed coping strategies that foster independence and well-being.
I have over 15 years of experience providing specialized assessments/differential diagnoses and psychotherapy across a wide range of mental health difficulties, and across all ages.

I am a registered psychologist with the Newfoundland and Labrador Psychology Board, but also am able to provide virtual services to clients in Nova Scotia. I am available to provide therapy services, via video or telephone, allowing you to seek therapeutic services/support from the comfort and privacy of your home.
