REFERRALS

Dr. C.K. Perrier & Associates is a specialty psychological clinic providing evidence-based assessment and treatment services for adults experiencing posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and related mental health concerns.

We routinely collaborate with referral partners to support diagnostic clarification, treatment planning, rehabilitation, and functional recovery.

WHO MAY REFER

We welcome professional referrals from:

• Veterans Affairs Canada
• Disability insurers
• Physicians and psychiatrists
• Case managers
• Organizational health services
• Legal counsel

Self-referrals are also accepted where clinically appropriate.

SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH REFERRAL

Referred clients may access the following services:

• PTSD and trauma-focused psychological treatment
• Anxiety and Depression treatment
• Eating Disorder treatment
• ADHD assessment and treatment
• Psychological assessment and diagnostic clarification
• Functional and occupational impact evaluation
• Treatment planning consultations

Services are provided in person at our Nova Scotia clinic unless otherwise specified.

HOW TO SUBMIT A REFERRAL

To initiate a referral, you may:

• Contact the clinic directly
• Download, complete, and fax our referral form
• Complete our Google Form

Please include relevant clinical documentation, referral questions, and funding authorization where applicable.

AFTER A REFERRAL IS RECEIVED

Once a referral is received:

• The referral is reviewed for clinical fit
• Client contact is initiated for intake scheduling
• Assessment or treatment planning is coordinated
• Progress updates or reports are provided as required

Turnaround timelines vary depending on referral complexity and service availability.
