Welcome to Dr. C. K. Perrier & Associates
Established in 2017, Dr. C. K. Perrier & Associates is a Nova Scotia–based psychological clinic specializing in the assessment and treatment of PTSD, complex trauma, and operational stress injuries. We serve both military and civilian populations across Atlantic Canada, with in-person appointments available in Nova Scotia.
Our team of clinicians brings advanced training in the most effective, evidence-based trauma treatments available — Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Prolonged Exposure (PE), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR).
We work with adults whose lives have been affected by psychological injury of any kind, including:
Treatment is collaborative, practical, and focused on measurable outcomes: improved sleep, reduced avoidance, decreased reactivity, and restored day-to-day functioning.
In addition to trauma-focused therapy, we provide psychological assessment and diagnostic services, eating disorder assessment and treatment, and ADHD assessment and related services.
Are You a Professional Looking to Refer a Client?
We welcome referrals from family physicians, specialists, employee assistance programs (EAPs), and community providers. Our clinicians routinely work within referral pathways involving Veterans Affairs Canada, disability insurers, and physician networks — and we're actively accepting civilian referrals.
